Here are some informational videos about what we're looking for at the contest in terms of lift performance:

Napalm's Nightmare

Silver Bullet Hold

Little Big Horn

Rolling Thunder

Hub Lift

Nothing really out of the ordinary for you guys, but I've got a lot of new folks trying these things out for the first time during their training leading up to the contest, so I thought it would be helpful to go through some of it.

Wow, at this stage, 11 Women in the competition. The Most Inclusive Grip Contest in History! Clay is a Chick Magnet! :cool

What can I say, being the Director for Armlifting USA has quite a bit of influence! Also, will we see you at the contest? I could use another competitor or an eagle-eyed judge

Clay, I am working that day. Otherwise I would take the young lady who is my Club's Rotary Exchange Student. She could go back to Belgium with an exaggerated and positive view of sports Americans pursue.

That's too bad; I forget that it's tax season. I'm sure you're reminded often!
