Weight Classes Open: All weight classes. “We’re not going to fit enough people in my place to justify multiple classes. Unless some freaky 300+ pounds of muscle shows up then I’m making a second class.” Weigh In will begin at 9:00 AM Rules at 10:30 Contest Start Time – 11:00 AM Prizes: FBBC Gifts Cards $50 1st, $25 2nd Events Events will be selected by contestants when they send in entry forms. Pick the top 3 events you want to compete in. Events will be selected in the order they are received. Your second and third choice will be used in the case that your number one has already been picked. Events will be locked Dec 5th. This is to follow the NAGS rules for event selection, and gives me time to prep the gym and set up loading charts. Up to 4 events, as for what events I can set just about anything up. Grip Contest: Events: · Andrew’s Axle 2-3/8” Deadlift: Last man Standing 10# Jumps till last 3 guys then 5#. · TBD · TBD · TBD Entry Fee’s Grip Contest: None, Donations for lunch will be accepted. For everyone there as you know I was having stomach issues during the event making things a bit painful from my end. Doctor has been seen and the issue was a ulcer.
