I normally do 3 sets of 20 at that weight - when I increase the weight I only do 1 set, then increase the sets until I do 3 sets with ease, then I add 5kgs/11lbs. It felt easy enough, but I think another 10kgs would slow me down. Also, I like the look of that big Inch style dumbbell you have - have many eased it off the floor? Take care. I will attempt partials with my axle next time I train it. Never thought to do it although did DO partials on regular barbell in the past. And as for the big Inch. Jedd was the only one to give it air under one bell. Maybe you like to try it?
