The FUN begins! WEIGHT DIVISIONS Mens: Lightweight (80kg-), Middleweight (105kg-), Heavyweight (105kg+) Womens: Open Junior's: 15 and under Masters: 50+ Scoring: Reverse Strongman Scoring EVENTS: 1 - 20mm Blockset Grippers (4 attempts) 2 - 1-Hand Flask Pinch (4 attempts, rising bar) 3 - 2.5" Trilobite (4 attempts, rising bar) Optional Post-awards Medley Event: 1 run, 24 assorted implements in 3 levels, unlimited attempts in 60 seconds, lifts worth 1-3 points WHAT SWAG DO I GET? All competitors receive a Southern Squeeze T-shirt. Trophies and prizes awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each class.
