Martin Gaisser Posted December 11, 2017 Share Posted December 11, 2017 With the shorter bars I always waited until my hands touched and I physically couldn’t go any further before starting the crush. And with bars 5” and under I’d be lucky to have two full fingers on the ends of the bar. If your used to focusing on a specific angle before beginning the crush just try and put it out of your mind and go off of where you feel more powerful.
