Dude very nice! Getting stronger at 50 when most lay down and die or complain they are too old for strength training or they have to much pain! Bunk! You find something you can do and you work around the pains and you keep on trucking! A man after my own heart! I’ve had spinal fusion and neck fusion and elbow surgery and that will not stop this train brother! It’s something within us that makes us strive for more and not give up! It’s something that people will never understand unless they have it in them too! The feeling of strength and moving massive iron is a feeling like no other. I won’t get as graphic as to say Arnold was right in his description of it.... but it’s pretty darn close! Happy birthday buddy and many many more years of training! God bless brother!

Technically I don't turn 50 for a few hours, but I got a new axle and thought I'd hit some birthday deads on it this evening.

At 50 years old you officially become a "Geezer" - way to go!

And to think, I was voted most likely not to make it to 30!  :laugh

Thanks Chris!

Thanks man!  Surprised myself with how fast it came up.  Hadn't pulled heavy on an axle in years.  Think I had a little in the tank.

Very impressive. I hope to at minimum still be walking at your age.

I agree with others, you made it look easy. Keep it up!
