Sybersnott
I am videotaping my workouts, and some things I notice right off are immediately caught on video which would never be noticed by myself. The very first thing I noticed about my squats is that I don't go to parallel on all of my squat reps - sometimes I do and sometimes I don't. If you have access to a camcorder, tape one of your workouts. You'll be surprised at what you see.

Sybersnott
don, I have taped myself doing heavy negatives on the SW. If Wanna wants me to send in a tape, I can do it.

mobsterone
The idea of taping w/o's was something suggested by McRoberts in the last Brawn book. It's all good.
