ChimpGrip
Will plate pinching carry over to grippers in any way? I'm putting the grippers the rest for a bit because the plate pinching is fun and intense. I've been doings 25s so far, but I know I'll be up to 35s soon. And hopefully two 45s at some point in the future. And has anyone ever pinched 3 45s together with one hand?
Alawadhi
Yes it will have some carry over. That's how I got mine. But then again I don't like grippers and don't train them much at all. Thick bar and pinch has much more better carry over to overall strength and better grip in general. And no; no one ever pinched 3 45's. jvance
Kody was actually pretty close at one pt. I don't know if he's still working on that feat

I don't know if he's still working on that feat I remember Kody attempting 3 20KG with a pipe holding tightened between them. And it wasn't close. That is different. Way different. The question was, I assume, normal 3 45's without pipe. But then again if Kody focuses on that lift he might be able to get it. Don't forget Kody did 2 25kg lift so easily for a LOOONG time. Yes he is that strong. Edited October 17, 2017 by Alawadhi
Andrew P
The width is the issues with the majority of 45's. That's why Kody got the 3- 20kg Ivanko's to get to a total width of 2.5 inches. Other 45's we where trying was in the 3.5" and larger.
