Back to a 5 plate Deadlift

Finally back to pulling 5 plates just 4.5-5 months after tearing my Achilles and just 2 months after getting back into deadlifts after 3 months off while I was in the boot. 3 nice clean strong reps. If you can’t tell, I’m super pumped

Nice job - good luck with the achilles rehab - I know from experience that it can be a long road (one which I'm still on)!
