New log which will see somewhat regular and somewhat sporadic updates. Mostly some short videos and pictures of some of my scroll work.

Over a year layoff and I am getting my health in order. Migraine and left forearm / elbow damage. I was doing too much too often and not recovering. At the time of writing this I am 144-145lbs. Sold my grip stuff to cover brain scan expenses.

Now to stay focused and make steady progress. Bending will be my primary grip related activity. Clubs will always be a part of what I do also.

Today's work was some light Single club work, chest pulls and one arm plank holds.

Also this scroll.

Some of the single Jori work from the day. Don't have a mace short enough for one arm work. The long ones are very hard on your elbows.

Some Bulgarian Bag work and cleans with my 45lbs club bell.

Left forearm is not thrilled as expected but not a “bad” pain.

One arm Bulgarian Bag presses, hammer swings, upright rows, slow weighted bethak and 2 handed bruiser CTO. Did this after traveling home today.

Had a ton of food over the weekend and today.

So what all are you bending?  And how often?

Currently for short bending either 60d easy stuff or some scraps I had around mostly being 1/4”. Still some left forearm pain so really easing in. I do have some drill rod to cut and start working with soon. Only bending short once a week and scrolling once a week at the moment.

Scroll is definitely more important to me right now.
