Mammoth Coin Lift 66.14lbs

Thank you! Actually I have been training it some since SJ4. About every two weeks (as it takes my hands a huge amount of time to recover) but this was the first week I had done it at the start of my training session when my hands were fresh. It made a huge difference for me as I think I had maxed out around 50lbs the last session. I actually started around 45lbs and worked up to that weight over the course of at least an hour. I just made small incremental jumps. That seems to work best for me on friction based lifts. While I have not done a lot of specific training on this device I have done a ton of hub work, pinch work, ect., which I think gave me a good base make this lift. Have a good one!
