Afternoon:

Had a chat with a buddy online and we've challenged each other. So mine is to work my ass off towards NFL bench press combine 225 lbs*AMRAP  and see if I can hit 225 lbs *35 reps (say 10 weeks right now). With that in mind

BP:


1 set -85 kg *5 reps
2 set - 92.5 kg *5 reps
3 set -97.5 kg *5 reps
4 set - 105 kg *5 reps
5 set - 112.5 kg * 5 reps
