RBA hard spring position 6-6 10 sec hold

Table grip machine 22.5 kg 3*6 reps

Military press?

You don`t try not linear still break pause between reps, but exponentially gain, example - 1 rep - 15 sec , 2-nd rep - 17 sec. 3 rep - 20 sec...30 sec -  8th rep.

Doing military BP legs should be aired, in my case they are placed on the bench, and no arch is applied, even though leg drive is possible
