BBGM *10 sec or so

2. Grippers workout from 20 mm block Volume day:

RBA hard spring position 4-4  10*10 reps

BBSA
3*30 reps 

3. Overcrush with Vulcan gripper replica about 45kg RGC

 

Evening:

1. Mouse pinch lift 

70 kg 2*10 reps

46.5 kg 7*10 reps


2. BP NFL combine test preparation (Feeling weak in my favorite exercise, the 7 months break full of stress did nothing but reset my accomplishments, so let the game starts)
