Still facing losing my usual rythm in training regime due to domestic issues, so roll back have to be overcame

Afternoon:

1. DE BP

Explosive Werner Guntor's BP (like a punch) Middle grip:
105 kg + 30 kg bands at the top 9*3 reps

2. Pump BP

105 kg 10*10 reps

Vulcan gripper Level 18 * fail was very close to touch handles


RBA hard spring position 5-5 20 mm block - felt pretty comfy  
5*3 reps
