1. 1 Hand 57 mm Flask Pinch Lift

40.1 kg * 24 reps per training session
32.6 kg +10 kg bands at the top *1 (web was torn due to sweat)

2. 60 mm WW static hold
29.6 kg +10 kg bands at the top * 20 sec (web is getting worse, so had to stop holding)

1. Couple of attempts to set Coc#4 (calibrated 94 kg RGC)
2. SB static hold Coc#3.5 2*20 sec
3. RBA static holds 2 hard springs position 1-1 and 4-4 - 175 lbs on the end of handles
2*20 sec held shut (very tough for my tendons - it is felt like rocky in my palms)

1. Throwing session with shot put and medicine ball
