PR Every Workout

I'm going to be trying John Phong style of training (http://www.johnphung.com/blog/6813/how-i-hit-prs-all-the-time-and-how-you-can-too/) for grippers. I used this a little in Powerlifting but I think it might work for grippers, we'll see.

I'm using MMS, David Horne 20/30mm set block, GHP set block, CCS and a block I made to bridge the gap.

Neat idea. I've read that this style of training can lead to some hard plateaus, I assume you didn't have this issue in your PL training?

I didn't do it long enough with PL so I'm not sure. I'll find out how it works for grippers though

I'd be interested to see your programming and hear about your results
