Starting stats: Age: 19 Gripper training age: ~6 weeks Weight: ~103kg Height: 186cm Best closes: Right hand: CoC #2.5 MMS Left hand: Not sure, couldn't CCS the CoC #1as of 2 weeks ago Goals: Right hand: CoC #3 MMS Left hand: CoC #1 CCS filed to 14mm First recorded workout will be tomorrow. MMS stands for Mash Monster Set. It just means the handles are parallel or wider when set. Close to a 20mm block set, I would imagine. My current goal is to certify for the MM0 on gripboard, which means closing the CoC #3 or GHP 7 (?) with a MMS.
