I'm alternating hands 1 right/1 left, 2 right/ 2 left, etc. I have one more workout with this rep scheme and then I'm going to take a week off and test my max slim lever. I decided to test my slim lever then run through the events for Canadian nationals with Rob. Slim lever: got 15lbs with both hands. A 2lb PR. I should be more happy with this but I really wanted to hit 16 since it's a standard hammer size. I have another hammer feat to cross off my list hopefully this week. Stay tuned... Flask, NN, silver bullet, IM hub, WW, dubecube quarter: not much to report here. Several disappointing lifts shy of my past bests. Finished with some blob50 negatives and blockweight holds.
