5min max calories on assault bike 

77, pathetic from what I've read but I'm confident I can improve on this. I need to make a couple modifications to the bike to make it more comfortable. Specifically I need to make a bracket that allows backwards adjustment of the seat and I'd like to add a set of handles 90 degrees to the current ones.

AM 

Grip and whiskey at Robs.

Grippers 30mm right 137×2×3,1,1, left 113×2×5

Flask work up to 180, 150×10sec×2

NN 2.375"  222×30, every rep after 20 felt like it could be my last. Starting to feel the booze here

Tried deloading the blob50 with a band. Got some negatives with my right. A few block weight transfers left to right. Some wrist wrench play. Everything after the NN felt impossibly heavy.

AM

Went to an arm wrestling practice with lots of pullers, most I've never met. Stayed two hours but but got lots of rest and always felt fresh. Right was feeling strong today, left not so much. Got lots of compliments on my wrist strength but most were skilled enough to get around it.

Lots of Indian club, rotator cuff, and banded dislocates before both sessions.

Five weeks into this program now. For fun decided to calculate my press volume this week. 19140 lbs up from 15720 lbs week 1!

Warmed up by testing my max log press for a press challenge I'm participating in the next 6 weeks. Managed 185. 5lbs off my best strict log that I hit at the end of the summer. Nothing will change in my training.

Seems about right to me. OHP has always been my weakest lift and I lost some pressing strength during the 3 months I ran the Strongfit template. I would also add that I'm right in the middle of a training block and had not peaked to test yesterday. I also did not push to failure as I had a workout planned but needed a starting weight for the challenge. I think this lift reflects my pressing power at any given moment right now, but with the right conditions I could hit 5-10lbs more.
