Im making no excuses. No one gives a crap about my physical hardships and what it does to me on days like today. Whats important is crushing these certs, feats and PRs regardless of how much it hurts. Im going to continue to train and next time leave no doubt i crushed it. 3 red lights is a bomb and unacceptable.
