That is, if you'd want to. My weak position is holding the gripper half shut like Paul Knight crazy MMS hold or CCS in general. My sweep in general is good because of all my pinch work. I don't usually train grippers when I train because I don't like how it can mess the knuckles, but all those pinch has really helped me. Grippers maybe every 4th workout.
