Chez Posted July 1, 2017 Share Posted July 1, 2017 (edited) I had a horrible gripper session last week so I wanted to bounce back. Been focusing on block work for an upcoming comp but I prefer MMS and When I don't constantly train MMS my set strength goes down. Here is a 198 lb RGC Grand Elite MMS Close from today. This was right after a 194 Super Elite Close. I also stink at filming myself so my hand goes out of frame during the set. After the SJ4 comp I'm will be focusing on my 203 COC #4.
