Instead of taking an hour to type up the contest,  here's a video link with some highlights.   To change it up a bit, I included not just me.  5 World Records were set!!

 

Enjoy the video.  If you have questions, let me know.   I will state that the competitive juices were flowing at The Training Hall last Friday.   I highly encourage anyone to come and check it out.  I drive over 2 hours each way.  It's worth it.  You get to compete with literally some of the strongest people the planet.  You get to have fun and you might learn something also...

Congrats Riccardo! Some very impressive lifts by all. It will be nice to meet/compete with you in Anaheim in late August. Take it easy
