Roger Roberson Posted June 12, 2017 Author Share Posted June 12, 2017 I went to David Horne web page I think did the levels right 11-11 notches should be level 36 . I talk to David in a email he said he didn't use any rating data so I'm just going to roughly guess at that level should maybe be around 273-280rating with a fairly new CROM spring.
