Decided to end my 2 month long Negative Rep training this evening in favor of Coin Holds.  Note: this one and only set using the coin tonight was performed as my final set of the night....that is, after almost 1 hour of heavy negative reps using power rack.....felt pretty good.  Hope to get to the COC 2.5 soon.
