I was wondering if anybody has tried these, or has any opinions on the grippers. Thought that they looked interesting at the least. Kluv#0 Posted May 22, 2017 Share Posted May 22, 2017 I have the pro hands orange. It has improved my finger strength and dexterity. Still pretty hard to get the pinky closed down entirely. I use it day after a hard grip workout for 2-3 sets of 10-15 reps each hand.
