Again - first place on world championship of armlifting in Russia!

103 kg on Rolling Thunder in category 90 kg open men's.

This result - overall 2-nd in this contest, also Kulyasov Sergey lift -103 kg (110 kg category). and best result - Odd Haugen (125+ kg) - 105 kg on RT!

Odd also win on saxon bar - 110 kg.

Great lifting. It is a pity though the organizers did not use spin collars to secure the plates in the axle lift. Using flimsy collars does make the lift slightly easier as the plates will rotate slightly relative to the bar when the pull begins (i.e. the bar does not quite have the same tendency to roll out of your hand).

I dont think this makes a difference.

Cool, it does for me though which is why I always use tightly fasten spin collars these days so I am not caught off guard in competition.
