Roark Posted November 27, 2001 Share Posted November 27, 2001 In Denis Reno's Nov 21, 2001 issue of his newsletter on page 5, Jesse Marunde 6'4" 275 lbs is shown performing a one hand continental with a 3" dumbell handle, which he gets to his knee, then uses a knee-kick in combination with his arm pull. Then puts it overhead. J.V. Askem who submitted the photos added: "However, with just 20 lbs more at 160 lbs, it was impossible."
