The specs are 61mm (2.4") diameter solid steel handle 14 mm (9/16) solid steel shaft Used 40mm (1.57") flat bar to make up the handle Weight is 4.1kgs (9 lbs) it rls really well forgot to get a vid of that maybe later This was the first grip tool I made. Now that iv caught the bug and am really enjoying grip traing ill start buying some other handles. We get our steel either gal or painted im finding a black etch primer is working best. Right after this throw a handful of grinding dust or fine metal shavings on the device. The. Add 2-3 coats of paint.
