here is my cert Video for the KOAB (Batch 2016-2017).

Didn´t get the official confirmation from FBBC till now, but I think everything should be ok.

 

I was feeling good that day, so I decided to give it a try.

@shakenbake my next goal is the Iron Grip Cert with 220kg. There is a lot of work to do.

I see a lot of guys going after the iron grip certs. I'm waiting for my iron grip bars in the mail. I look forward to certifying myself and also see what else everyone is completing. Best of luck to your training brotha .

Same here its nice to have more cert options on the table. Maybe we could use some more domestic companies. You guys agree?

Thanks. Yes the Iron Grip Cert is very hard and it´s really nice steel so in fact that this cert is probably the hardest at the moment, some guys try to reach that goal.

Yes, always try to bend as much steel as possible from companies which support and let rise this sport.
