Tips Tester 370.8lbs

14 posts in this topic

I have always used the tips Tester as a one handed device. I tried a two handed attempt today. Felt pretty good. Moving the weight to the scale is much harder than the lift itself haha

I have like zero experience with a tips tester, but double body weight on any lift is impressive. Congrats dude.

Thanks guys. My wrist felt it after that one haha. I have been working on my deadlift (5/3/1), but I still have a long way to go. Hopefully once that is stronger I will feel more comfortable with heavy weight. I'll retest this lift in a couple months and see where I am at.
