Heavy Duty Chin Ups

Paul Markowski

Recommended Posts

Been doing some pretty heavy chins as of late....worked my way up to a single rep with 65 lbs. chained to my waist today......at 225 lbs body weight, I can feel the power as I pull up all that weight....I also use a thick chin bar that is part of my power rack.....from what I read, chin ups may be the best exercise for amateur wrestlers and for martial artists as one's grip certainly comes into play in these sports.
