POWER RACKS AND HOLDS/NEGATIVE REPS

Finally decided to try and use the holes in my power rack to help leverage the Frankenstein and Lil' Monster grippers into place for 5-second holds.  Wow, did I miss the boat!!  Should have been doing it this way for months.  Better late than never I guess.

May try and get some video of it next workout brother....I find, however, when I know I'm on film, I sometimes think more about the camera than the task at hand.  My own mental issues....lol.
