Paul Markowski Posted March 1, 2017 Share Posted March 1, 2017 Finally decided to try and use the holes in my power rack to help leverage the Frankenstein and Lil' Monster grippers into place for 5-second holds. May try and get some video of it next workout brother....I find, however, when I know I'm on film, I sometimes think more about the camera than the task at hand. My own mental issues....lol.
