Dexterity Balls

45mm-50 reps-Palms down

50mm-50 reps-palms down and side

 

 

Roller stick on hamstrings, quads, hips, and calves.

Lacrosse ball on lower back

Heating pad and ice on back

 

Still not feeling great, but I'm trying to cope.

I've had to tone down my workouts a lot due to the adrenal fatigue.
