Anyone tried these for pinch and hub training?

How are these compared to vintage york deep dish plates?

$160 including shipping for a pair of these is it a good price?

I have not used the new Yorks and have wondered about them, pictures are hard to tell.

I just purchased the Power systems brand plate. It has a 1.125 deep hub that slopes slightly at the base.

The company is offering some deals on shipping right now too.

Thanks for the measurement Adam.

I was also considering power system plates.

It has a good texture but I would try it without chalk for a while, chalk may make it a little more slippery.20161124_124356.jpg

Here is my hand for a little perspective.

And it has this sweet rim for rim lifting- If you're into that kind of thing...

Thanks for the pictures!

Based on your pictures, I think power system plates has deeper hub than new york deep dish plates. By the way, how thick is power system plate? Is it 2 inches?

Thanks for adding those pics, I've really been wondering about the new York plates. I've asked the vendors about them and of course they have no idea what I'm asking about.

Power systems plate is 1.75" with no curvature.
