Good job on 10 reps with the MH3!  Is your Silvis MH3 easier than your Spectrum (127 rated)?

No grippers today but I did some Fat Gripz dumbbell rows in my workout with 40 kg / 88 lbs dumbbells for 4 sets, 6-7 reps each set.

Will do some gripper work on friday probably.

CoC 1.5 x 5 MMS reps.

GHP 6 x 2 GHP block set reps with right hand, almost 2 reps with left hand.

GHP 7 attempt - Not close with either hand but still a good attempt for me.

CPW Spectrum Rated 120 RGC x 4-5 MMS reps.

CoC 1.5 x 12 TNS reps.

GHP 6 Hold for maybe 15 seconds?

Did some shrugs this workout as well up to 60 kg / 132 lbs dumbbells, not using straps (I've never even tried them).

Here's the GHP 6 block set 2 reps attempt with left hand (I was too fast removing the gripper from focus):

CoC 2 x 3 MMS reps.

CoC 2.5 CCS attempt - Off by ~2mm with both hands.

RB 260 x 1 rep and hold for a few seconds using the other hand to push on the spring to close it fully (letting go right away when it's closed).

GHP5 x 12 MMS reps right hand, 10 reps left hand.

CoC 1 x 15 TNS reps.

Some reverse barbell curls + some other overall body exercise stuff.

New bench record: 127.5 kg / 281 lbs. Could probably do 130 kg / 287 lbs on a good day.

Among other things, I also did som Fat Gripz dumbbell rows with 44 kg / 97 lbs dumbbells, a couple of sets of 6 reps.

CoC 2 x 4 CCS reps right hand, 2 reps left (almost 3).

Great grip day today.

CoC 1 - 5 MMS reps.

CoC 2 - 3 MMS reps.

Monster Hunter 4* - 1 rep with 20mm block right hand. Nice to close this and I'll send in the cert video to Silvis! I tried with left as well and was ~1mm off.

GHP6 - 6 MMS reps right hand. 5 MMS reps left hand.

CoC 2 - 20 MMS reps right hand. 15 MMS reps left hand.

Fat Gripz Deadlift up to 110 kg.

Some reverse curls + other stuff at the gym.

For those interested, here's a video of the GHP6 set:

Nice!  I finally closed the GHP #6 once the other night.

Some more gripper work today and I'd first like to go over how I measured the mount depths today: I set the spring as deep as it goes and made a mark where the spring "legs" meet the handles. I then moved the handles down a bit and got both handles to be as exact as possible using one of those digital micrometers. This is how it looked using this method:

Silvis T-Rex at 6,35mm or 0,25 inches MMS/deep set attempt - Failed, but very close.

Silvis T-Rex at 6,35mm or 0,25 inches attempt - Failed, but very close.

Silvis T-Rex at 6,35mm or 0,25 inches attempt - Closed with both hands.

Silvis Frankenstein at 7mm or 0,275 inches attempt  - Closed with rigth hand and very close with left (or closed?).

GHP7 Braced attempt - I made the handles touch and then let go with my "helping hand" and tried to hold it for a few seconds. Could definitely not hold it close but it was still a good attempt for me. I did worse with my left.

GHP6 x 2 deep set reps.

Anyone know approximately what the RGC might be using my above method? Going by an average T-Rex and Frankenstein spring obviously since I guess they vary slightly just like everything else. I'd say the T-Rex felt a tiny bit harder than my Monster Hunter 4* (also unknown RGC).

You can see some of my workout here:

Good work with the T-rex man!

I've had two T-Rex's and I would guess high 130's to low 140's at that setting.

Thanks for your input! Would be nice to own an easy CoC 3 now, I'd guess mine is an average CoC 3, which means it's too hard right now. My GHP 7 is probably around the same RGC.

The T-Rex will fill that gap perfectly. The downside is that they are a bit too easy to set in my opinion. But you could just practice that with the GHP.

Sweet!

Not going into detail, but I did some Fat Gripz deadlifts and some dumbbell wrist curls today, among other things non-grip related.

I also did 3 reps barbell bicep curl with 60 kg / 132 lbs. Never tried that weight before, I did it as strict as I could and it went OK. Might share a video.

Strong, 60 kg strictly is no joke.

Thanks man! Not sure if they're that "strict" but I really tried. It's hard to not swing at all at that weight. I also didn't lock out my arms at the start of every rep. Probably going to try it again or something similar before I share a video.

Not been feeling to well last couple of days and only got four hours of sleep last night, but I did do a little bit of grip work tonigt:

CoC 1 x 5 TNS reps.

GHP 5 x 1 CCS rep.

CoC 2.5 hold with another gripper (using the CoC Guide like a Silvet Bullet but without weight) - around 9 seconds, first time trying this, it felt pretty weird and I'm not sure if my set was very successful. My 2.5 is around 130 RGC if I had to guess.

Gold's Gym Gripper 125 kg MMS - Failed, should be able to do this one normally, it's around CoC 2.5 but seems like not near the build quality.

CoC 2 x 8 MMS reps.

Here's the "Silvet Bullet" hold:

Set a new bench press PB yesterday: 130 kg / 287 lbs. Did this at a gym in my old hometown. They also had a grip machine which was fun to try but I could pretty easily do max weight at 80 kg / 176 lbs.
