Double 45lb Plate Hub Lift + 2.5 lbs - 5.5 Inch Wide Hub  These plates are very challenging for me. I felt really fortunate to find them.

Great hubbing as always Scott! I'd like to try those wide hubs sometime, they look really difficult!

Thanks Bob! Yes they definitely have a different feel to them but with your hubbing & blob lifting skills I think you would get them the first time you tried them. James is coming up Friday (a little after 12:00) to try to pinch lift 50lb plates I just got. See: http://www.ebay.com/itm/112268148038?ul_noapp=true So you are more than invited if you want to come. If not I will try to get the new wide hub plates I got, down to a practice in the future; just been so slammed I have not been able to break free. Have a good one.

Double Hub Curling 45lbs - 5.5" hub width. My friend, armwrestling champion and elite level gripster; James Retarides came over today for a grip workout. He recorded me for this video. I have noticed that hub curls hit your thumbs and fingers in a totally different way than just straight hub lifting.

Damn, that's strong, it makes my fingers hurt just thinking about the awkward and changing angles involved in a curling motion along with the usual hubbing stress on them! And for reps, wow!

Thank you Bob! Applying pharmaceutical grade DMSO over my thumb joints, hands and arms has made my recovery much better and it finally allowing me to train more. I find you have to apply it the day you train hard and the day after to maximal results though. For the sake on not spilling it, this is the best one I could find and it is refillable: http://www.ebay.com/itm/PHARMACEUTICAL-GRADE-DIMETHYL-SULFOXIDE-DMSO-REFILLABLE-ROLL-ON-BOTTLE-1-69-OZ-/391485411207

This is 99.99% pure, so it is very powerful; so once the DMSO is absorbed in you would need to apply something like pure aloe vera or a good oil on the skin to prevent drying.

Some information for those who lift and collect plates for hub lifting. Thank you James Fuller who is a wealth of knowledge!
