CEO of the company I work for told us the 5th we have off! I tried to make the most of it! The outdoor training was my 2nd session! 1st one was more squats & push to strict press!

 

 

 

 

This week was more of a "power" week!

Been just light bodybuilding, healing up alot of small injuries

Haven't touched anything grip in awhile, decided maybe to try something...

100kgs/220lbs

This was after MMA sparring in the morning, then arms & abs in the afternoon

Training today after 4 days off. 1st year anniversary weekend with my wife. Burning off pizza & ice cream...

Guess hand strength is kinda coming back

From this past weekend, during the anniversary weekend at the Wildwood boardwalk...

 

About probably 275-280 lbs from pizza, ice cream, fries, & other junk

After more of a cardio workout of heavy bag powerbombs, battle ropes, & macebell. Decided to try something different for me...

Ok been a long time since I posted a full workout week... So, no kickboxing class this week, maybe some mma sparring Saturday?

MONDAY:

30 minutes on bike

6 rounds

3 minutes battle ropes (alternating waves)

1 minute agility ladder footwork drills

Outta no where grippers

3x10 COC 2 both hands

3x3 right COC 3 left COC 2.5

Didn't get both attempts COC 3.5 right & COC 3 left(not video)

1x50 COC trainer both hands

30 minutes on bike again

TUESDAY:

3x10 rotator cuff

3x10 snatch grip shoulder rotation

3x10 KB swings

3x10 KB goblet squats

Superset 3x10 band straight arm pull down & band apart

5x1 front squat 275 lbs

5x1 overhead press 205 lbs

*going light these days*

3x10 partial deadlifts

3x10 DB rows

3x10 close grip pullups

30 minutes on bike

*hands sore from grippers*

WEDNESDAY:

30 minutes on bike

Karl Gotch bible deck of cards workout

*mainly hindu pushups & hindu squats*

3 rounds 2 minutes battle ropes

Found these at the end of the driveway

30 minutes on bike again

THURSDAY:

3x10 rotator cuff

3x10 band straight arm pull downs

3x10 face pulls

3x10 band pull apart

3x10 KB swings

3x10 double KB front squat

3 sets 2 high pulls 1 hip snatch

Snatch

5x1 145 lbs

3x1 165 lbs

*more on technique & haven't done these*

3x10 close grip pullups

Rolling thunder

3x1 180 lbs both hands

3x1 215 lbs all good right did 1, 2 broke ground left

Felt good going into this...

I know lock out needs work...

30 minutes on bike

Friday is off, usually I'm fried that day

Who knows Saturday, delivery coming so don't know plans

*Maybe, this is inspired from the North American ratings. So, I ain't saying nothing yet lol. 1st, strength workouts, been conditioning more towards losing the pounds*

Main workout

5x1 muscle snatch

5x1 front squat

5x1 clean & push press

5x1 back squat

5x1 partial deadlift

Was lackluster in Rolling Thunder

Story of my life, trying something I have done in a long time

I got 2 new tattoos recently so been just bodybuilding... My wife gave me these items for Christmas!

 

Arm day is tomorrow night maybe train some arm wrestling movements... Saturday is honey to do list day... yippi

Tried another attempt on Wednesday after back, some abs, & tire flips...

Been hitting up more bodybuilding lately since I got new tattoos. Really, don't have anything to compete or train for... Have alot of life stuff going on...

Also, on Wednesday, weighed in at 259 lbs... I believe 1st time since 2012 I weighed in under 260 lbs

Life been getting in the way...

Even thought the body weight is down, going to add 1 or 2 strength training days during the week!

From Thursday after alot of squats & pressing

 

This was today in the backyard, was a part of a carry medley inhad in mind, but not happening tonight... weighed in at 257 lbs this morning

Time to relax felt it in both biceps
