Out of it rainy Tuesday!

Hour of cardio while watching wrestling... again

10x10 deadlifts on blocks

10x10 yates rows

1x50 straight arm pull downs with resistance band

5x20 ez curl bar spider curls 

Decided to train some grip...

5x3 wrist wrench deadlifts 80 lbs

*not much, but it's a start*

Saw this new feat today...

It was sloppy!

5 sledgehammer finger walks

Boulder shoulders tomorrow...

That’s a cool idea! Here’s another little way to use the toys BJS....got a thumbs down from a hater. If memory serves me... I got the idea for this a while back from an arm wrestling forum on the board. Just can’t remember who said it.

That reminds me of a feat I did awhile back, at the ninja warrior gym they hang grippers from pull up bars and I did a one arm pull up from a #1.5 after closing it.

Yea this seems like it would be a great drill for arm wrestling. Especially if done on a preacher bench and held with multi angle isometric holds! It’s a Big Bang for the buck with crushing strength and brachioradialis strength!

With grippers have done a different spin... what I call brzenk curls... gripper fully closed, perform a wrist curl while handles still touching

Yes I’ve done those. There’s a picture of him doing those in iron mind mags. Think it’s a poster.

Another pro wrestling cardio hour

Standing calf raises

4x25 then 2x50

10x10 seated BB overhead press 

10x10 seated BB BTN overhead press

1x50 standing DB side laterials

1x100 standing calf raises

4x25 broomstick twists

4x25 knee ups

I think tomorrow, I will take a break. Need a rest from training... Break might be good for arm workout on Friday... Kinda disappointed about snow storm that could happen at the end of the week... Got Yankees tickets for Saturday...

Thursday rest day!

It's f**k it friday!!!

Hour of cardio 

10x10 close grip bench press

10x10 standing BB curls

10x10 JM press

10x10 ez curl bar preacher curls

1x50 bench dips/dips behind back

1x50 standing DB concentration curls

Superset 4x25 each 

AW handle hook movement with resistance band & rotation movement

10 sledgehammer finger walks

1x50 COC trainer parallel set each hand 

Tomorrow no training will be at Yankee stadium!!!

Had fun at the Yankee game!

Time to burn off some hot dogs & pretzels... & probably some wings for wrestlemania tonight...

30 minutes on exercise bike

5 rounds on the heavy bag

5x10 KB swings 

10 single reps power cleans off blocks

*kept it light increased weight after 5th set*

5 single reps hip snatches

Tri set 3x10 each

Band pull apart, Bulgarian bag good mornings, & Bulgarian bag spins

5 rounds on the heavy bag

30 minutes on exercise bike again 

Thought about training other stuff, like kettlebell rounds & ring deadlift, most reps I can do in a 2 minute round

I have off from work tomorrow maybe 1 or 2 workout posts...

Day off from work...

Did some yard work, got more to go...

My buddy Shawn from savage city strength broke his caber, so wants me to make him 2... Made a training one today, make a comp one this weekend...

Legs!

1 hour of cardio

Standing calf raises 3x25, 1x50

6 movements 4x12

Leg extensions

Lying leg curls

Back squats with heels evaluated

BB hack squats

Bodyweight Bulgarian split squats

DB stiff leg deadlifts

Knee ups 3x25, 1x50

Band crunches 3x25, 1x50

Some people asking me if I'm competing, I said I'm not anytime soon. Right now, no desire to compete in any event...

I don't think I will train grip soon, hands sore...

Again, bodybuilding split... Maybe, on Saturday, go up to sourland mountain by me for stone lifting for fun...

Reverse grip BB flat bench press

Wide grip BB flat bench press

BB wide grip incline bench press

Bodyweight parallel bar dips

Flat bench half moon flyes

Makeshift cable cross overs

30 minutes on exercise bike

Only 1 session of cardio, kept it light... felt tired at the end of the day...

Weird day at work... pretty beat up. Lower back & left bicep acting up. So, decided not to hit the heavy bag.

4x25 standing calf raises

Shoulders!

4x12 each

BB upright rows

BB seated BTN presses

DB seated overhead press

DB bent over laterials

DB standing side laterials

DB underhand front raises

Rest day Friday! Promised to take my fiancee out to dinner. Probably, need it more than ever...

DB kickbacks

BB drag curls

EZ curl bar preacher curls

Sunday:

Impromptu leg workout

Hour of cardio

Standing calf raises 4x50

Make shift safety bar squats 5x10

BB hack squats 5x10

DB stiff leg deadlifts 5x10

Bodyweight split squats each leg 2x25

4x25 each superset

Broomstick twists & Bulgarian bag spins

2x50 crunches

Made a slide show video of some of my past... more towards jiu jitsu, mma, strongman, highland games

Back felt tight after a short staff day at work

CHEST

Hour on the stationary bike watching old school pro wrestling 1991 royal rumble!

6 rounds on the heavy bag

Reverse grip flat bench press 5x10

Incline wide grip bench press 5x10

Flat bench chest flyes 5x10

Make shift cross overs 2x25

Now, flipping back & forth watching RAW & Yankees game... Maybe, I should train some grip with back tomorrow... See what the day brings...

Felt off of it again today, but still trained... with the help of coffee & pre workout mix to create a spark!

1 hour of cardio... Ted Dibiase documentary came in the mail today...

Shoulders!!!

Caber pulls/high upright rows 5x10

Seated bent over laterials 5x10

Seated BB BTN overhead press 5x10 

Seated DB shoulder press 2x25

Little grip session

Plate pinch 2 35s 3x10 total reps 5 reps each side

Might train arms tomorrow, take Friday off from training, & have a strongman-ish Saturday??? Shall see...

Didn't lift yesterday, helped a friend... Decided to try to train more power & strength...

Hour of cardio, 2 30 minute session

Superset using pulley handles with resistance band 5x10

Rotation rows & face pulls

5x5 185 lbs push press

5x5 315 lbs flat bench press

2x50 band pull aparts

1st time training with the FBBC Jug

Worked up to 200 lbs, tried 210 didn't go

3x10 wrist wrench deadlifts

3x10 rindo curls

Tried 2 attempts at CCS closes with the COC 3... 1st Time got it, 2nd pinky was hurting again

So during 2nd cardio 1x100 COC trainer parallel set each hand 

Bodybuilding blueprint this week 6 movements 5x15...

1) leg extensions

2) lying leg curls

3) SSB squats

4) BB front squats heels evaluated

5) BB hack squats

6) DB split squats

Standing calf raises 4x25 again

*I gots little calves!*

See how the job goes this week. I think, I may cut cardio down if need to. Tomorrow is planned back, little bit of biceps, & abs... Forgot yesterday to mention 2x50 band crunches...
