Modified close grip pull ups bodyweight 10 reps *sweat donut holes & a turkey sub, damnit dad lol* 2x25 AW scrap hook movement with resistance band COC trainer 2x25 regular set 2x25 reverse set 20 minutes on exercise bike again Thought about core, but will get that tomorrow, training 2 mma classes. No mma & watching college wrestling last night... 30 minutes on exercise bike 2x20 rotator cuff movement 3x10 KB swings 5 sets snatch high pull & hip snatch 5 sets clean high pull & hip clean *felt more flexible on the cleans!* Pulley straps back giant set 10 reps each with resistance band 4 sets Neutral grip rows, straight arm pull downs, underhand rows, flyes Again pulley straps set up superset 3 sets 20 reps each Overhead triceps extensions & bicep curls Did some grip... just to sum it up 20 minutes on exercise bike again Future wifey birthday weekend! He lost a close match, only a freshman. So far, not bad in his college career* 3x10 back squats *wanted to squats heels raised, but water was entering my basement, had to keep up with that... been raining a lot in Jersey* Bulgarian bag tri set 3x10 each Spins each direction & good mornings 3x10 pulley handles with resistance band good mornings GRIPPER TORTURE! Parallel sets each hand 3x10 COC 2 3x5 right COC 3 left COC 2.5 *outtakes tried CCS with 3.5 & attempt silver bullet with 4... both no go* COC trainer 1x100 each hand as finisher Don't know what tomorrow brings. So, maybe, that was the deciding factor... 30 minutes on exercise bike 3x10 rotator cuff movement 3x10 KB swings 3x10 seated DB shoulder press *used full range of motion* 5x2 push press 225 lbs *used a thumbless grip, helped... felt easy* 5x2 flat bench press 355 lbs *some sets were rough, some were nice* 3x10 bent over rows Tried the hub today... Working some singles of 45 lbs... broke ground with 55 lbs right, nothing on left... Probably, it's been a long time, since I trained with the hub... Dropped down 35 lbs 3x5 30 lbs 3x10 5 sledgehammer finger walks *might have been 6* Hands & wrists are feeling it now, same with the shoulders... Tomorrow, I'm working late, rack up some OT! Wednesday, I'm taking a break... Thursday going back to mma training, been 3 weeks, some of the guys asking when I'm coming back... & I got a lot of aggression to let loose... For some reason, decided to train anyway... 30 minutes on exercise bike 3x10 KB swings 3x10 KB goblet squats 3x10 BB shrugs *been a long time since doing this* 5x2 deadlifts 405 lbs *another been awhile, wanted to do hook grip, but my thumb bleed out of nowhere after the 1st set* 3x5 fat gripz DO deadlifts *simulate axle somewhat* 3x10 country crush deadlifts 265 lbs 3x10 Bulgarian bag spins each direction 1x50 pulley handles with resistance band good mornings 5 sledgehammer finger walks Actually, felt weak this workout. Had a small headache during training as well. Felt better after eating. I don't know about tomorrow, been going crazy this week. After, getting some home improvements out of the way because of a pending snowstorm... 30 minutes on exercise bike Went to the backyard... 5x20 sledgehammer chops on the tire 4 sets back & forth weighted sled pulley strap upright rows Did 3 sets of this Felt it on the lower biceps, tendonitis was coming back... Only 1 set of these, my harness strap ripped was gonna bear crawl the tire I got Went back inside to the basement aka the dungeon... Close grip bench 5x5 295 lbs 3x10 255 lbs 1x50 one arm highland ring rows with resistance band 1x50 DB back flyes 1x50 band pull aparts Tried the pinch block Did a few 1 rep sets hands & wrist weren't into it 3x5 around warm up weight 3x10 lighter 20 minutes on exercise bike again Rest day tomorrow & will be well needed! 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
