25-lb plate hub lift (shallow)

Half Penny

49-lb anvil by the tail (using a key pinch)

10-lb Sledge Lever to Rear

6-lb Reverse Sledge Rotation

Wrist Reinforcer Rotation

Women's Medley:

4” Bull Ring Extensor Lift

Pinch 3 10s

32.5-lb Blob

Blockbuster Pinch Block

Titan’s Telegraph

A few more draw prizes have been added. Jedd Johnson has graciously supplied three training DVDs, including one on Silver Bullet training. I'm pretty sure a lot of people will want to get their hands on this one!

Thanks, Jedd!

There will be 10 guys in a very competitive heavyweight class this weekend. I think Rob McMurren is the favourite, but who knows what will transpire through 10 events!
