Need a new Rolling Thunder Workout

I've been training on the RT for a few months now after a long lay off and I would like to get on a more regimented workout with it.  I have been just doing one workout a week with some warm ups then an all out set then the next week try to get a few more reps then the last.  I would like to hear and training routines people have used with success.  Any information is much appreciated.
