Mike Rinderle
Ok, more of a mountain. Ok, more of a small mound... Who needs atlas stones when you have boulders all over your yard. Today's workout was pick, carry, and place til every rock over 20lb was finally in this pile I've been working on. The one on top was the toughest.
anwnate
Haha. Seriously though...my back is hurting just looking at that pile. Some of those look intimidating.
Mike Rinderle
It was a bad idea. Going to go sit in the jakuzi tub for a couple hours. No wheelbarrows were used and I was the only animal hurt in the making of this mound.

Took some time off due to a pec tear and hand fractures. Not at the same time, two separate injuries. It made me a sad panda. Im glad you're doing well and congrats on being a daddy Edited July 22, 2016 by EJ Livesey
Mike Rinderle
I do not miss all the injuries that come with bending. I do miss feeling the steel giving way to your will though. Hope you're all healed up buddy. Looking forward to seeing you do some epic stuff. I'm like grandpa daddy.
