Do you ever actually close a gripper? What can you close with training all those extremely heavy negatives? At the end of training Last week I was just messing around with my GE rated by cannon 213 can just about tns it with RH but that was after being spent . Roger Roberson Posted September 20, 2017 Author Share Posted September 20, 2017 Of course I can cheat shut and hold the wc327 to about an inch from being closed for 4-5 seconds without gloves on.so I do see gains coming slowly . Have to listen to the muscles though this type of training is subject highly to injurys . One thing I see that has improved training and gains by a lot is I stopped the rubber bands after training and during the week. Now I just stretch the wrist frontwards and backwards all during the week each time I feel the muscles aching just stretch them and hold for few seconds.learned this info from Jedds Johnson tennis elbow recovery package awesome . Not saying it can't be done though look at the top mm closer Morgan has seen huge gains . Hardest gripper I closed in the past was just a #3 rated 148 but I know I beyond that now. Other days I feel like can just about set the Wc with out cheating it. If you have a computer should beable to watch was able to get some extended handle deep set reps in on the Se205 and the Ge213 maybe could have got the 219Coc4 if wasn’t burn out did to many warm up reps before these.
