Hi,

thats a pretty interesting approach of grip training. You always do negatives. Do you ever actually close a gripper? What can you close with training all those extremely heavy negatives?

At the end of training Last week  I was just messing around with my GE rated by cannon 213 can just about tns it with RH but that was after being spent . Only working my RH ATM since my left is injured really bad at the elbow

Of course I can cheat shut and hold the wc327 to about an inch from being closed for 4-5 seconds without gloves on.so I do see gains coming slowly . Have to listen to the muscles though this type of training is subject highly to injurys . One thing I see that has improved training and gains by a lot is I stopped the rubber bands after training and during the week. Now I just stretch the wrist frontwards and backwards all during the week each time I feel the muscles aching just stretch them and hold for few seconds.learned this info from Jedds Johnson tennis elbow recovery package awesome . I recommend it highly.

I probably want switch back because I didn't see any gains by just closing the grippers . Not saying it can't be done though look at the top mm closer Morgan has seen huge gains . Hardest gripper I closed in the past was just a #3 rated 148 but I know I  beyond that now.

I see. Are you in the #3.5 ballpark now or where would you see yourself at? It's an interesting approach but pretty dangerous with those extreme grippers. Your hands must feel like jelly after negatives with grippers rated over 300lbs :blink

I'm not sure depends on the day like this morning wasn't a good workout wasn't feeling it . Other days I feel like can just about set the Wc with out cheating it. Naw my hands don't hurt that bad anymore have super big calluses on fingers and palm now the elbow muscles get tired though is what gets meIMG_0096.thumb.JPG.a66f458d27d0ad6201572322a67a9729.JPG

Gripper hand Choker Closes. I have a video on how I was doing these but youtube is not working on uploading for me atm tried my iPhone and desktop still nothing but  will post later on if it fixes . ill explain my best though I use 2 Robert baraban negative cheater handles use my left hand to cheat it closed to about MMS then with my other hand close the gripper without my left moving just holding to MMS.

Could not upload video to YouTube . If you have a computer should beable to watch

was able to get some extended handle deep set reps in on the Se205 and the Ge213 maybe could have got the 219Coc4 if wasn’t burn out did to many warm up reps before these. With Coc3.5
