thought it was going to be a plateau feeling workout because forearm was aching all day,  but felt strong on all lifts!

Here is a picture of the secret weapon, just load it up and pick the weight up with hand your not squeezing with and hold on.

k2.400 is just a Gripper  that I bought from a grip board member . It’s rated above a beef builder World Class .

When I first started Grip back in like 2008 or 2009 I did just regular closes, but I wasn’t serious into grip and the gains were slow for me then so I stopped a little while after that. I didn’t know about the grip board then though I may have stuck with it if so  . Then I saw the JK Coc4 close video like 10 years after that and looked into that training and started trying that . It was fun then and is still fun.

Can you post of vid of the 205 for 5 reps? I would like to see. This is world class. I don't know many people capable of this. Hell, the list of people MMS closing a 205 gripper once is dam short.

Is not that impressive . I cheat shut the set down to MMS then do the reps.here is a video of 4 reps.

still impressive but ya its not what I thought. I wish you would practice your set more. If I worked with you, you could be closing huge grippers without have to cheat the set.

Will post new tweaked routine work outs soon, have trained my self to do bench press everyday and other workouts as well . 

Up to 375lb on bench, was 385  started aching bad on triceps so backed off.
