If it's lighting I don't workout . If just rain I try and hurry it up it's agrovatibg not having a shed ATM hope to get one in future

Really strong pressing man

I'm interested in which gripper machine your using? I've been meaning to get one for some time and you use them a lot in your training. Do you notice a certain number on the gripper machines correlates with a particular close?

Here is the grip machines I use the first one is a modified TTK just drilled some handles on the end . I cheat the weight down with wrist pressure then lift the end of TTK with handles off table just a few inches then all the weight and pressure goes into just your hand holding it shut .

 

the other machine is a gorilla grip machine just bought off of eBay and done some modifications . Drilled some handles and some pins so could put resistance bands on it.

on the gorilla grip machine and a particular close it's very difficult to try to match a lift with a certain gripper because with the grip machines when the weight is lifted I noticed the pressure it took to lift the weight up is not there. Like with a gripper being closed to fully closed the pressure is even harder at max close.With the TTK grip machine it's a more similar feel with a gripper but not a 100% though . The most reason I'm using them is it boost your wrist strength tremendously.the wrist roller machine I use helps to but I think the grip machines are better just by the feel they give during workouts .

Here is A Picture of Grippers I use to get warmed up to the bigger grippers. Also the K2300 rated 334 feels way bigger then that I may rerate it or send it to cannon.

245x3 still need to get lower back used to these haven't did squats since high school foot ball. Plus I have always struggled with good form on squats hope to incorporate these into training. legs feel super strong though going forward with just squats instead of vlp to see if get better results in training .
