Finally at it again been doing training but not as aggressive was injured about a month from doing hammer curls afTer a hard and very High humidity day at work with 115lb dumbbells and pulled something in right forearm muscle aka my strong arm. 

Heres what my routine Was this weeks o far.

really liken it to I feel fresh each workout with the off day in between.

Sunday:

Monday :Off

Tuesday:

Wednesday: off

Thurseday:

hope to keep at it every other day with No injury’s .

Trying a new workout want to see how it goes. Am able to train legs everyday easily . Going to see if can ease into training my forearms everyday. Here’s how it looks so far not going max pressure or weight . Yet

12-22-18 Workout

here's how I do Vertical Leg Press its not perfect form or anything, idea i'm looking for is just to get legs Full of Blood quick as possible.

 

Grip Machine Negatives after leg Press.

this video is really bad cause I was running outta day light but you can see what im doing here anyhow.

last but not least Gripper Negatives, arms already pumped from machines i'm surprised how well my forearms have responded to the beating so far with no breaks except from kidney stone last week for 2 days.

I thought you were working your thumbs with the TTK....I saw the weight and thought what?! Haha now the weight makes sense. Can you hold a 3.5 or no.4 closed yet?

If I cheat it shut a 4 is no problem. But a regular close I’m working on it still.

yeah the TTK grip machine is kinda of a secret weapon upside downward pretty awesome machine imo .

Taken it easy for now right bicep feels strained .Doesn’t hurt during warm up only when get heavy weight .

Finally feeling better from bicep strain . For past 3 weeks this is what my work out has looked like going up 1 rep each week on main work. Going to stay with it to see how many reps can get up to.
