I have tryed it along time ago can't remember what weight was though wasn't real high . Reason the way doing it in the vids trying to get alota pressure on the wrists. Having to use basically full body weight to get the weight off ground.

Here's how i do the cheat closes and holds for time on the ext handle grippers have atm unfortunately cant pull the gripper's  out of the hole where its held.hopefully soon will be able to. Also sorry if its to dark to see this is after work gets dark early here in the south.

Great stuff man, I just got my RBA with negative handle Monday so now I can negative train with you guys. Though I'm starting off at around 105 for negs, I train to catch up to you guys. Thanks again @Cannon for the gripper, I believe it's the last I'll ever need (maybe an extra spring in the future, lol).

Thanks man. Yeah I wrapped some cloth on the handles was getting some bad nerve pain mid palm but with the gloves and cloth is went away now

So you have 2 hard Springs now or how did you get it to 410? And are those handle touching negatived?

Had one hard spring on 250 and one on 160 . If didn't touch was close

Wow, a CoC4 at 240 (rgc I'm guessing), that's quite something... but your workout results (though not 100% compared to your other days) looks great compared to most people. I plan on getting some RBA Negs tomorrow too. I pray your health improves.

Yeah it's filed down prolly was 220ish Cannon rated it

i found out towards the end of the TTK workout that 55lbs with the smaller weights was Easyer to lift say like 5x10lb weights and 1 5lb weight .then the 2x25lb weights plus 5lb dunno if this will help anyone's lift on the TTK felt like it cut the weight 35% off .
