I would be very willing to pay that for the tool, how much does it work your wrists? Do you think it or if you have the Grip Twister could replace Wrist Curls?

It works the wrist pretty good what little bit I've played with it. I'm not sure on the grip twister never used it before

505 x 10 bench press? Dude, that is like extremely elite. Not many men in the world can do that. Especially after all those other sets.

To put this in prospective. Here is Stan Efferding doing 500 for 7 and he's one of the greatest powerlifters of all time.

Half-rep training isn't good, full extension is the way to go.

Hey guys since I'm not able to do full rep range  on the bench press I'll rename this exercise that in doing to static hold bounce reps. Probaly want video this since it's not really impressive not being full range . Sorry for the misunderstanding

Its still impressive since its a ton of weight. Have you ever had the pec looked at by a doctor? You could switch to dumbbells since they are easier on the body. I would still like to see the video of how you do them.

Naw I figured it wasn't super serious do to it only effects my bench press . Hoping it will would heal since I'm not putting it into the position where it hurts. It's been awhile though since the injury.

Ill see if I can still get the video then
